The 2027 business aviation calendar will bring together aircraft manufacturers, operators, charter professionals, flight departments, technology providers and industry decision-makers across several major international events.

From operational conferences to global aerospace exhibitions, these events provide opportunities to discover new aircraft, discuss industry challenges, develop partnerships and follow emerging business aviation trends.

Major Business Aviation Events in 2027

Event dates may be updated by their organisers, so attendees should confirm the latest information before arranging travel.

NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference

The NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference will take place from 22 to 24 February 2027 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The conference is particularly relevant to schedulers, dispatchers, flight coordinators and professionals responsible for business aircraft operations. Topics commonly cover trip planning, dispatch technology, logistics, safety and flight department management.

NBAA International Operators Conference

Scheduled for 23–25 March 2027 in New Orleans, the NBAA International Operators Conference focuses on international business aircraft operations.

It is an important event for professionals managing cross-border missions, regulatory requirements, permits, customs procedures, security and international trip planning.

AERO Friedrichshafen

AERO Friedrichshafen will return to Germany from 14 to 17 April 2027.

Although the event covers the wider general aviation market, it also includes a significant business aviation presence. Visitors can expect aircraft displays, avionics, propulsion systems, digital technologies, maintenance solutions and other products for pilots and aircraft operators.

CBAA Annual Convention

The Canadian Business Aviation Association Annual Convention will be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, from 8 to 10 June 2027.

The event brings together professionals from the Canadian business aviation community for networking, industry discussions and knowledge sharing. It may be particularly useful for operators, suppliers and service providers interested in the Canadian market.

Paris Air Show

The International Paris Air Show is scheduled for 14–20 June 2027 at Paris–Le Bourget Airport.

The show covers commercial aviation, business aviation, defence, space and emerging aerospace technology. For business aviation professionals, it offers opportunities to follow aircraft announcements, manufacturer strategies, new propulsion developments and wider market trends.

NBAA-BACE

The 2027 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition will take place from 19 to 21 October in Las Vegas.

NBAA-BACE is one of the most prominent events dedicated specifically to business aviation. It brings together aircraft manufacturers, charter operators, flight departments, technology companies and aviation service providers.

The event will include activities at the Las Vegas Convention Center and an aircraft display at Henderson Executive Airport.

Dubai Airshow

Dubai Airshow is scheduled for 15–19 November 2027 at the Dubai World Central airshow site.

The event covers commercial, business, military and future aviation. Its location makes it particularly relevant for companies exploring opportunities across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Business aviation participants can expect aircraft displays, technology demonstrations, strategic discussions and opportunities to connect with regional operators and decision-makers.

Will EBACE Take Place in 2027?

A confirmed date and format for EBACE 2027 have not yet been announced by the organiser.

The European Business Aviation Association has indicated that it is reviewing the future direction and format of the event. Businesses considering EBACE should therefore wait for an official announcement rather than relying on provisional third-party event listings.

How to Choose Which Aviation Events to Attend

The most relevant event will depend on the organisation’s objectives.

Aircraft manufacturers and suppliers may prioritise major exhibitions such as NBAA-BACE, Paris Air Show and Dubai Airshow. Flight operations teams may gain more practical value from the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference or International Operators Conference.

Charter operators, brokers and aviation technology companies should also consider where their target customers operate, which markets they want to enter and whether exhibiting, sponsoring or attending as a visitor offers the strongest potential return.

Preparing for the 2027 Business Aviation Event Calendar

Companies planning to attend several events should begin preparing early. Accommodation and transport near major aviation exhibitions can become limited, while exhibitors may need additional time for stand design, aircraft display arrangements and marketing campaigns.

A clear event strategy should define which customers or partners the company wants to meet, what message it plans to communicate and how leads will be followed up after each event.

With events across North America, Europe and the Middle East, 2027 will offer business aviation professionals several opportunities to build relationships, follow industry developments and explore new markets.
