Our AI-powered dynamic pricing provides brokers with suggested prices based on real-time market data, enabling them to offer clients competitive quotes confidently and quickly, while saving operators time during the quoting process.

How to Use Aircraft Search

1. Accessing Aircraft Search

• Log in to your Avi-Go account via the web platform or mobile app.
• Go to the Aircraft Search section to get started.

2. Enter Your Client’s Trip Details

• Select the trip type: One Way, Round Trip, or Multi-City.
• Input departure and arrival cities or airports, travel dates, number of passengers, and preferred aircraft categories.
• Click Search to view available options.

3. Review and Refine Results

• Browse the list of aircraft that match your client’s criteria.
• Key information such as price, aircraft type, operator, and availability is displayed.
• Use filters to narrow down the options further.

4. View Detailed Aircraft and Operator Information

• Compare different aircraft to find the best option for your client’s trip.
• Click on any listing for more details about the aircraft and operator.

5. Submit a Booking Request

• After selecting the suitable aircraft, click Submit.
• Confirm the trip details and add any additional messages for the operator.
• Send the request directly through the platform.

Make the most of Avi-Go’s powerful tools by using advanced features that help you refine searches, access deeper insights, and make confident decisions for your clients.

Leveraging Flight Analytics

Flight Analytics offers a detailed, on-demand report alongside your search results for added visibility into trip feasibility and pricing.

To use Flight Analytics:

1. Enter trip details in the Aircraft Search tool and click Search.
2. A Flight Analytics report will be generated automatically in the top-left corner.
3. Once ready, click View Report to access customized data including flight duration, weather conditions, and more.

Use Advanced Filters

Avi-Go’s advanced filters are designed to help you match your client with the most suitable aircraft, faster.

Filters include:

• Popular Options: Homebase, Featured, Direct Flights, Parking Availability
• YOM & YOR: Filter by Year of Manufacture (YOM) and Year of Refurbishment (YOR)
• Seats: Set minimum or preferred number of seats
• Categories: Turbo Prop, Light Jet, Midsize Jet, Heavy Jet, Ultra Long, etc.
• Brands: Filter by manufacturer (e.g., Airbus, Boeing). Once selected, you can further refine by specific aircraft models.

Use filters on the left-hand side of the results page to narrow down your options effectively.

Understand Your Search Results

Each search result includes essential data to help you evaluate and compare aircraft quickly.

Information displayed includes:

• Aircraft Specifications: Type, category, registration number, homebase, and available services
• Operator & Pricing Info: View operator details and suggested pricing estimates (Note: Some aircraft may not include real-time quotes)
• Availability: Real-time status to help confirm whether the aircraft fits your client’s travel schedule
