Accessing the Fleet Page

To begin managing your fleet on Avi-Go:

1. Go to the Fleet section in your Avi-Go account.

2. If you are new, please start with the Initial Setup and Verification.

Initial Setup and Verification

Before fully managing and marketing your fleet, follow these steps to ensure proper listing:

Contact Us for Upload:

• Get in touch with your account manager directly or email support@avi-go.com.

Required Documentation:

To upload your fleet information, please provide the following documents and details for each aircraft:

• Provide the necessary details of all aircraft:

• Registration Number
• Aircraft Type
• Seat
• Year of Manufacturing (YOM)
• Year of Refurbishment (YOR)
• Owner Approval Requirement: Yes/No
• Homebase
• Airline Operations Specifications
• Aircraft Insurance Documents
• Interior, Exterior, and Layout Refurbishment

• For agent-operated aircraft, please also provide the following details, including:

• Operator Name
• Operator Email
• Agreement Validity Period
• Operator Business License
• Operator AOC(Air Operator Certificate)

Our team will process your submission within 1-3 business days. Once verified, your aircraft will be ready for marketing.

Managing Fleet Information

Fleet Profile Display

• The Fleet page displays all aircraft, including basic information like types, seats, year of manufacture (YOM), and operational status.

• Only aircraft with verified documents can be operational.

Manage Aircraft Certificates

• The Fleet page also allows you to handle necessary certificates.

• Ensure that all certificates are current and valid to maintain the operational status of your aircraft.

Adding New Aircraft:

• To add new aircraft information, please contact your account manager.

Deleting Aircraft:

• Only administrators and super administrators can delete aircraft.

• Upon confirmation, the deletion request undergoes approval within 1-3 business days.

Editing Details:

• (Super) Administrators can edit aircraft details such as photos, onboard amenities, services, and unavailability dates.

• Ensure all information is accurate as it will be displayed in user search results.

Search Functionality:

• Quickly find specific aircraft using the search bar at the top right of the Fleet page.
