In-app Notifications: A Quick Guide

Avi-Go in-app notifications are designed to be simple and easy to navigate. By default, all notifications will be shown in your notification center under the "All Notifications" category. You can also view different types of notifications by selecting the relevant category:

• All Notifications (default view)
• Orders
• Reminders

For Brokers

As a broker, you will receive notifications about key activities related to your inquiries and communication with operators. These include:

• Quotation Updated by Operators: When a new quotation is created or updated, you will receive a notification so you can quickly review the changes.
• Quote Modified by Operators: If an operator makes any modifications to the quotation, you’ll be notified with the updated details.
• Quote Deleted by Operators: If an operator deletes a quotation, you’ll receive a notification to inform you of this change.
• In-App Messages Sent Between Brokers and Operators: Whenever an operator or another broker sends you an in-app message, a notification will appear, helping you stay on top of your communications.
• Reminder to Upload Contract: If you have any outstanding contract uploads, you will receive a reminder to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.

For Operators

As an operator, you will receive notifications about inquiries, quotations, and communications with brokers. These include:

• New Inquiry Reminder: When a new inquiry is received, you’ll be notified to review the details and respond promptly.
• In-App Messages Sent Between Brokers and Operators: Notifications will alert you whenever a broker or another operator sends you an in-app message, helping you keep track of your conversations.
• Quotation Confirmed by Brokers: You’ll receive a notification when a broker confirms your quotation, so you can take the next steps in the process.
• Fleet Management Updates: If there are any updates or changes related to fleet management, you’ll be notified to stay informed on the latest developments.

Other System Notifications

In addition to notifications related to brokers and operators, you may also receive important system messages, such as:

• New Feature Released or Updated: Notifications will inform you whenever new features are released or existing features are updated, ensuring you're always aware of improvements to the platform.
• Account Status Updates: You will receive notifications about your account, including:
• Account Verification Status: Stay informed on whether your account is verified or if any action is required.
• Account Expiration Reminder: Receive a reminder when your account is approaching its expiration date, so you can take action to renew or extend your account before it expires.

Interacting with In-App Notifications

In-app notifications are designed to be simple and easy to navigate. When you receive a notification, there are two types of interactions:

• Notifications with Action: Some notifications allow you to click on them and be directed to the relevant page or section of the platform for more information or to take action.
• Notifications to Mark as Read: In some cases, you can simply click on the notification to mark it as read. These notifications don't require further action but help you keep track of updates and reminders.
