You can view orders by their status in the following tabs:

  • Select a Request: From the left-side list, select any request to view its details on the right-side panel.
  • View Order Details: The right-side panel displays trip details, buyer information, and quotation status.

Step 2. Manage Your Quotes

As an operator, you can manage incoming inquiries by adding quotes, rejecting requests, or retrieving previously discarded quotes.

Add Quotes

To respond to a new inquiry:

  • Open a new inquiry by clicking the New tab.
  • Click Quote to provide pricing and aircraft details.
  • Once submitted, the inquiry will automatically be moved to the Quoted status and visible to the broker.

Note: You can add multiple quotes per inquiry if you have several aircraft or pricing options available.

Reject Quotes

If you're unable to fulfill the request:

  • Click Reject to decline the incoming request.
  • The inquiry will move to the Discarded tab.
  • The broker will be notified automatically that the request has been declined.

Use this action only when you're certain the requested aircraft or service is not available.

Retrieve Discarded Quotes

If you’ve previously rejected an inquiry but now have a suitable offer available, you can retrieve and respond to the request again:

  • Go to the Discarded tab.
  • Select the relevant inquiry and choose one of the following options:
  • Recover: Reactivate your original quote and update details as needed.
  • Add Quote: Submit a new offer with revised pricing, aircraft, or availability.

Once either action is taken, the inquiry will move back to the Quoted tab.

Note: You ca only retrieve discarded quotes if the broker has not cancelled the inquiry.

Step 3. Real-time Communication with Brokers

Direct Messaging:

  • Click the orange Message button to chat directly with the broker and confirm all the details.

New Message Notification:

  • When a broker sends you a message, the Message button will change to New Message . Additionally, an email will be sent to notify you, ensuring you don’t miss the chance to chat with the broker.

Step 4. Handle Your Quotes

Add Quote

  • Click the Add Quote button in the top-right corner of the quote section.
  • You may submit multiple quotes per inquiry to reflect different aircraft, pricing, or availability options.

Edit Existing Quotes

To update a quote you’ve already submitted, click the Edit button next to the relevant quote.

You can modify key details including:

  • Departure and destination information
  • Quoted price
  • Upload or replace PDF attachments
  • Aircraft details and service notes

Use this to refine your offer or correct any previous input errors.

View Historical Quotation:

  • Click the View Historical Quote (if available) to access your past quotes.
  • This gives you an overview of previous pricing submissions for reference or consistency.

Archive and Retrieve Quotes

To remove a quote from the active list without deleting it, click the Archive icon.

  • Archived quotes are marked as Unavailable and moved to the bottom of the quote list.
  • To reactivate an archived quote, click Recover — you’ll be able to update and resubmit it.

This is helpful for temporarily pausing a quote or revisiting offers after further consideration.

By following these guidelines, you can efficiently manage quotations on Avi-Go, ensuring a productive and seamless workflow.
