BAAFEx 2027 to be held in Singapore with 50% attendance growth target

The Business Aviation Asia Forum & Expo (BAAFEx) 2027 will take place from March 22–24 at Singapore's Changi Exhibition Centre. Organizers are targeting more than 3,000 visitors and over 75 participating companies, a 50% increase on the 2025 edition.
Confirmed participants include AEG Fuels, Amber Aviation, Boeing Business Jets and Lufthansa Technik, along with ground handling and trip support providers Asia Flight Services, FCG OPS, HADID International Services and IFOS Aviation Services India. Connectivity providers Gogo and Viasat, and FBO operator Gama Aviation, are also confirmed. The three-day program will cover market growth and fleet outlooks for Asia-Pacific, sustainability and SAF adoption, infrastructure gaps and FBO development, connectivity, cabin interior trends, MRO and supply chain, charter operations, advanced air mobility, and women in business aviation, with dedicated sessions on Southeast Asia, China, India and Australia.
New aircraft deliveries into Asia-Pacific reached US$2.24 billion in 2025, according to Asian Sky Group's Business Jet Fleet Report, with long-range jets leading the market at a 34.9% revenue share. Joe Benson, president of Boeing Business Jets, said the Southeast Asian and Asia Pacific regions are extremely important for the company as a growing number of customers look to the private jet space to meet business travel demands, adding that BAAFEx provides the setting to engage customers and partners in the region. BAAFEx 2027 is organized by Experia Events, which also organizes the Singapore Airshow.

A forum widening its target audience by half in two years points to organizers reading sustained demand into the region's aircraft delivery figures, where long-range jets already hold the largest revenue share.
