Air Charter Service (ACS) arranged a bespoke Boeing 737-800 charter for a European orchestra touring Asia, moving 110 passengers along with their luggage and oversized instruments to their next concert venue across East Asia. The booking was handled by ACS's group charter experts in London, who worked with the company's Korean-speaking team at ACS Hong Kong to liaise with local airlines and source a suitable aircraft, overcoming airspace and regulatory restrictions and limited aircraft availability in the region.
An ACS team member was present on departure day to oversee boarding and accompanied the group on the flight, which was customised with branded headrest covers for the orchestra. The group arrived in time for their next performance.
