Sky Travel Solutions launches jet card program with Hawker 400XP fleet and light jet focus

Sky Travel Solutions, a Winter Park, Florida-based private aviation company, has launched a jet card program called Sky Travel Club, with an initial focus on light jets using a Hawker 400XP fleet. The company was founded by Kevin Wargo, who previously built Fly Alliance into the 14th-largest U.S. charter operator by charter and fractional hours in 2025, and Pedro Bizzotto, a Brazilian business aviation veteran who relocated full-time to the U.S. last year after selling his stake in SyncJet Brazil, a company he cofounded that operates a fleet of 60 aircraft including 16 Hawker 400s.

Wargo sold his controlling interest in Fly Alliance to former co-founder Christopher Tasca in July, then purchased Fly Alliance's used parts business last week before launching Sky Travel with Bizzotto. The two met in March when discussing storage for Fly Alliance's parts aftermarket business; during that meeting, Bizzotto expressed his intent to establish a U.S. charter operator. They subsequently acquired Sky Travel's existing charter certificate. The company's first Hawker 400XP began flying last week; it currently employs eight pilots and is actively hiring more.

The Sky Travel Club jet card is structured in three tiers of 25, 50, and 100 hours across six cabin categories: light jet, midsize, super-midsize, premium super-midsize, large, and ultra-long-haul. Members can switch between cabin categories at published rates. Volume discounts include 2% for 50-hour purchases and 5% for 100-hour purchases. Call-out notice requirements are tiered at 48 hours for 25-hour cards, 24 hours for 50-hour cards, and eight hours for 100-hour cards. Funds never expire, and a 12-month rate lock is standard. Starting pricing is $7,650 plus federal excise tax for 25 hours on a light jet, rising to $16,060 plus federal excise tax for ultra-long-range aircraft. A 120-minute daily flight minimum applies. The fixed-rate service area covers the continental United States, Bermuda, Mexico, and select Caribbean destinations, with a 10% surcharge for Caribbean flights. One-way cancellations currently carry a penalty, though Bizzotto indicated that policy may change. The company is guaranteeing WiFi across all cabin categories; its light jet fleet currently uses Gogo and plans to transition to Starlink.

A new jet card entrant built around a single light-jet type rather than a mixed fleet is a recognizable pattern in the charter and jet card space, where operators often standardize on one airframe to simplify maintenance, crew training and pricing before scaling into other cabin categories. Sky Travel's six-tier cabin structure with switchable categories mirrors how established programs compete on flexibility rather than pure hourly rate, and the tiered call-out windows and volume discounts are typical levers used to balance guaranteed availability against member cost.

Jet card economics depend heavily on how fixed-rate service areas, surcharges and cancellation penalties interact with fleet reliability; a program guaranteeing rate locks and non-expiring funds is committing to absorb fuel and maintenance cost swings over the life of each card, which puts pressure on fleet growth and pilot hiring to keep pace with sold hours. WiFi provisioning choices, such as the stated move from Gogo to Starlink, also signal how newer entrants differentiate on cabin experience rather than price alone.

Whether Sky Travel can scale beyond its initial Hawker 400XP fleet, and how quickly it adds aircraft and pilots to support the sold hour tiers, will determine if the program can sustain its published rate locks. Bizzotto's stated openness to revisiting the one-way cancellation penalty is one specific policy point worth tracking as the program matures.
