American EcoFuels (OTC: AEFI) Issues Update on SAF Technology, Patent Expansion, and Uplisting Plans
Why It MattersThe update signals continued small-cap consolidation of alternative-fuel intellectual property and early-stage SAF supply chains ahead of broader airline offtake commitments and regulatory uplisting.
American EcoFuels Inc. (OTC: AEFI), based in Southlake, Texas, issued a corporate update on August 26, 2026 covering its sustainable aviation fuel development, patent portfolio, and capital markets plans. Executive Chairman Brent Nelson said the company has completed its rebrand from Eco Innovation Group to American EcoFuels, transferring all granted and pending patents into the renamed entity, with further patent developments expected.

The company has produced fuel in a laboratory setting through its now fully acquired relationship with Kepler GTL Technologies, using a proprietary process that converts feedstocks including natural gas into SAF, synthetic paraffinic kerosene and clean diesel. American EcoFuels is working with engineering firms on commercialization and has begun preliminary discussions with airlines on potential long-term SAF offtake agreements to support future project financing in Texas.
On regulatory matters, the company is nearing completion of a two-year PCAOB audit and preparing a Form 10 filing to become a fully reporting issuer, with Nelson outlining a path to a 211 filing, a move to the OTCQB, and an eventual uplisting to the Texas Stock Exchange. The company has also completed domiciling in Texas, and management cited a 12-to-24-month outlook covering the Form 10 process, offtake agreements, engineering, and technology licensing.
