Embraer Posts Record Q2 2026 Revenue of US$2.2 Billion, Up 23%, and Raises Full-Year Guidance

Embraer reported US$2.2 billion in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, a 23% increase over the same period in 2025 and a new record for the April–June period. Adjusted EBIT reached US$296.9 million, a 13.3% margin, while adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve totaled US$401 million, aided by an extraordinary tax credit. Citing that tax credit, tariff exemptions, and an improved outlook, Embraer raised its full-year 2026 guidance to an adjusted EBIT margin of 10%–10.6%, up from 8.7%–9.3%, and adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve of US$400 million or more, up from US$200 million or more.

Adjusted net income climbed to US$218.6 million from US$158 million in the year-ago quarter, and net income attributable to shareholders reached US$212.6 million, with earnings per ADS of US$1.1880 versus US$78.6 million and US$0.4283 a year earlier. Investments totaled US$120.8 million, or US$151 million including Eve, up from US$97.5 million and US$145.9 million respectively in 2Q25.

By business unit, Defense & Security revenue rose 38% to US$304 million on stronger KC-390 Millennium revenue recognition, Executive Aviation revenue grew 32% to US$725 million, Services & Support revenue increased 24% to US$565 million, and Commercial Aviation revenue rose 8% to US$625 million. Embraer delivered 65 aircraft in the quarter, its strongest second-quarter performance in 16 years, bringing first-half 2026 deliveries to 109 aircraft, about 20% more than the 91 delivered in the first half of 2025. The order backlog grew to US$34.5 billion, up 16% year-over-year and a record for the seventh consecutive quarter.
