Dan Bilzerian's Gulfstream IV N701DB Valued at $1M-$5M in 2026 House Filing; FAA Lists Trustee as Registrant
Why It MattersA trustee registration spanning 60 aircraft shows how public FAA records can leave the ultimate owner of a business jet hidden behind a leasing structure.
Dan Bilzerian's private jet is a 1987 Gulfstream IV, registration N701DB, serial number 1036, powered by two Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8 engines. The type has a maximum range of 4,220 nautical miles and seats up to 19. In an amended House financial disclosure signed July 10, 2026, covering January 1, 2025 to April 15, 2026, Bilzerian listed a "Gulfstream IV personal aircraft" valued at $1,000,001 to $5,000,000, a self-reported range rather than an appraisal. The report names him managing member of Goat Airways, LLC, the company that FAA records and 2016 press coverage tied to the aircraft.

The FAA's October 22, 2026 release of its aircraft database shows N701DB registered to Kenmore Crew Leasing Inc as trustee, with a certificate issued March 20, 2025 and valid to March 31, 2032. Goat Airways LLC no longer appears in the file. Kenmore Crew Leasing is listed as trustee on 60 aircraft, so the register alone does not show who ultimately owns the jet. The disclosure also reports income of $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 for the jet entry in both 2025 and 2026 up to the filing date, under the income type "capital gains."
Corporate Jet Investor reported in October 2014 that Bilzerian bought the jet, then registered N45AC, which would become N701DB; similar Gulfstream IVs were then listed at just over $6 million. In April 2016, TMZ matched the tail number of the plane carrying Hillary Clinton's campaign press corps to Goat Airways LLC; a charter company had leased it to the campaign. In May 2016 Bilzerian told TMZ the campaign was barred from using his jet.
Flight-tracking data from JetSpy counted 25 flights and 59 flight hours in 2024, burning about 31,414 gallons (118,900 liters) of jet fuel and producing just over 300 metric tons of carbon emissions. That is an estimate that may miss flights with blocked tracking. Bilzerian ran in the 2026 Republican primary for Florida's 6th district, finishing second with 16,773 votes (18.7%) behind Rep. Randy Fine's 56.9%. His campaign's 67 itemized FEC disbursements, dated April 17 to July 29, 2026, include no payment to an aircraft operator or charter company.
