Brightline Interactive Signs Teaming Agreement with CSCI to Deploy SpatialCore at FAA eVTOL Integration Pilot Program Site in Louisiana

Brightline Interactive, Inc. has announced a teaming agreement with Computer Systems Center Incorporated to potentially integrate its SpatialCore platform into LIFTOff Louisiana, a test site operating under the FAA's eVTOL Integration Pilot Program. Brightline will serve as a subcontractor to CSCI under the agreement.

SpatialCore will be used to ingest, normalize, and integrate real-world operational data across uncrewed aircraft systems, eVTOL aircraft, radar systems, and associated sensors, with the aim of providing a single shared operational picture available simultaneously to all participating systems regardless of manufacturer. Brightline states that legacy custom integrations between autonomous systems can take the better part of a year, while SpatialCore can reduce that timeframe to a matter of weeks. This marks the first deployment of SpatialCore outside the defense sector; the platform was co-developed by Brightline and the U.S. Navy over four years and is built on open data standards adopted by NVIDIA, Apple, and major robotics and simulation platforms.
CSCI brings more than 39 years of experience in government contracting, systems engineering, integration, and cybersecurity to the program, and was ranked on the Washington Business Journal's 2025 list of the region's Largest Government Technology Contractors. Tyler Gates, President and CEO of Brightline, said, "America's skies are getting busier every year. We built SpatialCore in defense, and we've been deliberate in communicating that our next chapter would be bringing it to civil government and commercial markets. This teaming agreement is the first step in that chapter." Linda LaRoche, CEO of CSCI, said the partnership gives the company a way to bring aircraft, radar, and sensor data into one shared picture that can expand as new participants join the program.

Multi-vendor test sites like LIFTOff Louisiana exist precisely because eVTOL, drone and radar systems from different manufacturers do not natively share data, and every new participant has historically meant a fresh custom integration. A platform pitched at compressing that work from months to weeks addresses a bottleneck that has slowed how quickly these pilot programs can scale beyond their first few aircraft types.
The eVTOL Integration Pilot Program is built around exactly this kind of layered testing, where uncrewed aircraft, eVTOL vehicles and ground-based sensors are expected to operate in shared airspace under FAA oversight. Whether a shared operational picture actually holds up depends on how many distinct aircraft and sensor manufacturers plug into it, since the value of a common data standard scales with the number of parties actually using it.
Brightline has framed this as a first step toward civil and commercial markets rather than a completed rollout, and the agreement covers potential integration rather than a signed deployment contract.
