A 1949 Hiller UH-12A helicopter is listed for sale at $60,000 on AircraftForSale, which named it its daily Top Pick. The aircraft has 1,095 hours on the airframe and 292 hours since overhaul on its Franklin 6V335 engine.
Its panel includes an Icom digital com radio, a King KT 76A Mode C transponder and a PM 1000 intercom. The Hiller UH-12A is known for its clear bubble-shaped cockpit and angled tail boom, and a similar yellow Hiller appeared in the 1963 film From Russia With Love, in which it was used in an attack on the character James Bond.
