Arxis Q3 2026 Revenue Rises 36% to $564 Million; Full-Year 2026 Guidance Raised, 2027 Outlook Introduced
Why It MattersDouble-digit growth in both Defense & Space and Commercial Aerospace, alongside continued acquisitions of connector, bearing and ceramic-package makers, shows sustained demand and consolidation among suppliers of mission-critical aerospace and defense electronic components.
Arxis, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARXS), a designer and manufacturer of proprietary, mission-critical electronic and mechanical engineered components, reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026 on October 28, 2026. Revenue was $564 million, up 36% year over year, including 29% organic growth, with strength across all three end markets. Industrial Technology led growth, while Defense & Space and Commercial Aerospace each delivered strong double-digit growth. It also acquired Schatz Bearing, a maker of precision bearings, and StratEdge, a maker of ceramic packages for high-frequency, high-power electronics; the combined purchase price for those two deals was about $151 million. Year-to-date, the company has made six acquisitions. Arxis is a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, and it will host an investor conference call on the results.
