JetVoy Publishes Self-Authored Comparison of Five Concierge Providers, Ranking Itself First
Why It MattersConcierge providers are competing on how they frame ongoing travel coordination, yet with no pricing, client data or performance metrics disclosed, buyers have little independent basis to compare them.
JetVoy, a Miami-based private membership concierge that coordinates global travel, private aviation, residences and exclusive access, has released a comparison of five concierge providers aimed at frequent global travelers. The release is dated 2 November 2026. The company places itself first, citing its stated focus on ongoing coordination across those service areas. JetVoy describes the comparison as its own evaluation framework, not an independent award, customer satisfaction survey or measured performance ranking.

The other four providers are Quintessentially, Knightsbridge Circle, Velocity Black and John Paul. Quintessentially offers private and corporate memberships covering travel, restaurants, lifestyle services, private events, exclusive access and real estate. Knightsbridge Circle describes a selectively awarded membership with limited numbers. Velocity Black combines an app-based service with human specialists across travel, dining, experiences and luxury goods, and Capital One acquired it in 2023. John Paul provides white-label concierge, experiences and events, and loyalty marketing programs.
The comparison draws on JetVoy's stated service scope and the other providers' published descriptions. Its criteria are relationship model, travel and lifestyle scope, and relevance to a recurring global travel brief. It claims no client interviews, operational audits or performance data, and it does not assess aviation operators' safety or aircraft services. JetVoy states that its first position does not show that another provider cannot meet the same needs or that JetVoy outperforms rivals on independently measured outcomes.
The document advises prospective members to start from a recurring journey, identify who can request changes and authorize spending, and ask what happens when an itinerary changes. It also says coordination should be distinguished from guarantees of inventory, access or acceptance. The comparison table lists all five providers as "Contact for pricing" with free-tier status "Unknown"; no membership price or minimum spending threshold is established.
