Washington Dulles International Airport is set to get a VIP terminal that will be developed, leased and operated by daa International. The facility will cover 37,000 square feet on a 1.2-acre site near the cargo area.
It will offer private security screening for travelers who want a separate route through the airport without switching to private aviation. Private vehicle transfers will take passengers directly to the aircraft, keeping them out of the main concourse for more of the trip. Access will be open to passengers on any commercial airline, making the service an upsell tied to scheduled flights.
