Oliver has been with BBGA for 18 years and became Managing Director in 2021. In her role she manages working relationships with UK regulators, government stakeholders, IBAC, and other national aviation associations, and oversees the Association's working groups. BBGA represents nearly 200 member companies spanning airports, corporate flight departments, operators, aviation services organisations and aircraft manufacturers.

Dave Edwards, Chief Executive of the Royal Aeronautical Society, said Oliver has been a hugely positive force in UK business and general aviation for many years, and that Fellowship recognises not simply seniority but a sustained and significant contribution to the profession.

Oliver said she was honoured to be endorsed as a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, a charitable organisation of 160 years' standing, and noted that recent collaborative work with the Society has focused on pathways to bring retired military engineers into business aviation and on educating the next generation about aviation career opportunities. Oliver graduated from Harper Adams University in 1999 with a degree in agriculture and business. BBGA, formerly known as GAMTA, was founded in 1970 and is the UK's national trade body for business and general aviation.
