NBAA Recognizes Three Textron Aviation Employees for Sales, Maintenance and Safety Contributions

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has recognized three Textron Aviation employees for contributions to sales, maintenance and aviation safety.
Cameron Harris, director of Parts Sales for the West U.S. and Latin America, and Brandon Doramus, general manager of Textron Aviation's New York Service Center, were selected for NBAA's 40 Under 40 program, which recognizes emerging leaders helping shape the future of business aviation. Harris was honored in the Sales category and Doramus in the Maintenance category.
Harris joined Textron Aviation through an internship in 2017. He now leads a regional parts sales team that supports operators across the western United States and Latin America, helping customers minimize downtime and maintain aircraft availability. Doramus has championed workforce development, Safety Management System advancement and a culture in which employees can learn, grow and take ownership of customer success.
Stuart Rogerson, chief pilot for Safety, Standardization and Training, received the NBAA Dr. Tony Kern Professionalism in Aviation Award, which honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, leadership and dedication to aviation safety. Rogerson works with Textron Aviation's Engineering & Defense Flight Test team, where he leads flight test safety approvals, Safety Management Systems initiatives, risk mitigation efforts and aircrew training, while continuing to serve as an active test pilot and department instructor.
