Gama Aviation Receives Ministry of Defence Gold Award for Supporting Armed Forces Community
Why It MattersDefence-employer accreditation is becoming a visible people-and-talent credential for business aviation operators competing for ex-military pilots, engineers and crew in a tight skilled-labour market.
Gama Aviation has received the Gold Award under the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, the highest level of recognition within the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. The award acknowledges employers that demonstrate exceptional support for the Armed Forces community and advocate for that support beyond their own organisations.

The company's Gold achievement was announced in July. Chief People Officer Louisa Gardiner and Chief of Staff Ceri Schunmann attended the South East awards ceremony at the Army Flying Museum in Middle Wallop, Hampshire, on 22 September, representing colleagues.
