FAA Register Check: Four Country Singers Linked to Private Jets, Including Chesney's Falcon 900EX and Keith's Challenger 605
Why It MattersBusiness jet ownership by public figures runs through single-purpose entities, so tail-level activity data, not registry names, is what shows how the aircraft are actually flown.
A review of the FAA's releasable aircraft database (October 16, 2026 release) and airmen file (October 2026) identifies four country music names tied to a private jet on the current register. Each aircraft is registered to a company rather than to the singer.

Kenny Chesney's jet is N7KC, a 1997 Dassault Falcon 900EX, serial number 14, registered to Falcon 200 Inc of Nashville. The FAA issued the current registration certificate on February 20, 2009. The Falcon 900EX is a three-engine, large-cabin jet with a 4,500 NM range and a 51,000-foot ceiling. Spotters and celebrity flight trackers associate the tail number with Chesney. Toby Keith's Bombardier Challenger 605, N405TK, serial number 5751, is registered to Flying Star III Inc of Norman, Oklahoma, with a certificate issued April 26, 2018. Keith died on February 5, 2024, and as of the October 2026 release the jet had not been re-registered to a new owner. The Challenger 605 has a range of 4,045 NM and a 41,000-foot ceiling.
Flight trackers link Luke Bryan to N506AB, a 2003 Learjet 60, serial number 266, registered to LJ60-266 LLC of Memphis; the connection to Bryan rests on the trackers, not the register. A Ranker list built on CelebrityPrivateJetTracker.com data put Bryan seventh in 2024 with about 373,000 miles flown. Kid Rock's N71KR is registered to Lost Highway Touring Inc of Clarkston, Michigan, with a certificate issued May 24, 2017. Trackers list it as a Challenger 600, but the FAA record shows a 1995 airframe, serial number 5191, of type CL-600-2B16, the designation covering the Challenger 601-3A and 601-3R.
No aircraft was found registered to Garth Brooks or Trisha Yearwood, Morgan Wallen or Dolly Parton. The FAA airmen file confirms two country singers as pilots: Aaron Tippin, whose flight school Tennessee Flying Machines owns a vintage fleet on the register, and Dustin Lynch, who earned his license in January 2023 and holds a private pilot certificate with single-engine land and instrument ratings. The airmen file omits pilots who asked the FAA to withhold their address.
