Network Aviation Group Appoints Hendrik Falk as Vice President of the Americas
Why It MattersThe hire of a cargo, ACMI and charter-brokerage executive to lead the Americas suggests the group is positioning its regional growth around cross-segment aviation services rather than a single business line.
Network Aviation Group has appointed Hendrik Falk as Vice President of the Americas. Falk took up the role in September 2026 and is based at the company's Atlanta office. He succeeds Paul Umpleby, who is due to retire at the end of 2026, and the two will overlap for a period ahead of the leadership handover.

Falk has more than 30 years of international leadership experience across Europe, Asia and the Americas in air cargo, airline, aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) and charter brokerage. His previous senior roles include positions at Lufthansa Cargo, Polar Air Cargo, World Airways, AirBridgeCargo, Swiss WorldCargo and Chapman Freeborn. Since 2023 he has operated Altovolo Air Cargo Services, an Atlanta-based consultancy supporting aviation-related projects.
Jonathan Clark, chief executive of Network Aviation Group, said Falk's background across airlines, ACMI providers and charter brokerage would support the company's continued expansion in the Americas. "With his comprehensive expertise across airlines, ACMI providers and charter brokerage, Hendrik's leadership will be a tremendous asset to Network Aviation Group as we continue to expand our business across the Americas," Clark said.
