Hearne brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive and board member at public and private technology companies, spanning financial management, capital markets, corporate governance, and strategic transactions, and has been involved in financings totalling more than $500 million over his career. He currently serves as CEO and a director of ARB Labs, an artificial intelligence technology company focused on the gaming industry, and also sits on the board of publicly traded Enthusiast Gaming Holdings, where he chairs both audit committees.

Co-Founder and CEO Brandon Robinson said Hearne's governance, financial leadership, and capital markets expertise are particularly relevant as Horizon Aircraft advances its Cavorite X7 aircraft through manufacturing, testing, certification, and commercialization.
