Volare Aviation Partners With The Cotswold Juicery on Onboard Cold-Pressed Juice and Wellness Menu

Why It MattersCharter operators are widening onboard catering to include wellness-focused menus, treating passenger wellbeing as a competitive part of the premium cabin experience beyond traditional fine dining.

UK charter and management operator Volare Aviation has partnered with Oxfordshire-based juice producer The Cotswold Juicery to offer cold-pressed juices and wellness shots on board its aircraft, as part of a wider wellness initiative for 2027.

The menu, called Wellness in the Air, includes two year-round juices: the Volare Green, combining cucumber, green apple, kale, spinach, lime and ginger, and the Jet Lag Hydrator, blending coconut water, green apple, cucumber, lemon and pink salt for natural electrolytes. Each passenger also receives a complimentary Boarding Ginger shot, and four limited-edition seasonal blends will rotate throughout the year. The juices are pressed in small batches to order at The Cotswold Juicery's Oxfordshire headquarters and delivered fresh to Volare on the day of each flight.

Nick Isbister, director of sales and marketing at Volare Aviation, said the luxury sector has seen a shift in priorities in recent years, with more clients placing greater value on wellbeing and requesting healthier onboard catering options. He said the partnership lets Volare respond by giving owners and charter clients access to fresh, considered options throughout their journeys. The Cotswold Juicery was founded in 2024 by nutritionist Anya Duffy, and the partnership brings together two Cotswold-based businesses with a shared focus on quality and the client experience.
