PrimeFlight Aviation Services Names Amath Fall Chief Executive Officer

PrimeFlight Aviation Services announced on November 6, 2026, from Sugar Land, Texas, that Amath Fall has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He will lead the company's global strategy, operations and overall business performance as PrimeFlight continues to expand its global footprint.

Fall joined PrimeFlight in March 2026 as President and Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across the operating and investment sides of the private equity industry, with senior roles at industrial, logistics, distribution and consumer businesses, and experience in financial and operational leadership, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation and organizational development.

Dan Bucaro, Executive Chairman of PrimeFlight, said the company needs the right leadership team as the business grows in scale and complexity, and that Fall has shown strong leadership and a deep understanding of the business since joining. Fall said his focus will be on building on the company's strengths, bringing teams closer together, strengthening execution and accountability, and continuing to invest in capabilities that support customers. Bucaro will remain Executive Chairman, providing strategic oversight and working with the Board of Directors and the executive leadership team.
