State and local leaders joined officials from the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics (ODAA) and the City of Ponca City on Oct. 3 to break ground on a new 14,000-square-foot terminal at Ponca City Regional Airport (KPNC). The terminal will be located west of the existing facility.

The project will also create space for a new aircraft apron, improving aircraft accessibility and positioning the airport for future growth, airport officials said. Enrique's Mexican Restaurant will relocate inside the new facility.
