VONAER Becomes First Korean Private Jet Booking Platform to Join Avinode, Gaining Access to 13,500 Charter Professionals

Moviation-operated VONAER, an AI-powered private aviation platform, said on the 4th that it has become the first Korean private jet booking platform to join Avinode, a global air charter sales and booking platform. The membership gives it access to a worldwide network of more than 13,500 charter professionals. Avinode is headquartered in Sweden and has operated for more than 20 years; VONAER passed a review to qualify as a member. It can now check aircraft locations and availability worldwide in real time, request quotes directly from operators and compare options to find the best terms.
Moviation's in-house AI booking system analyzes aircraft location and size, as well as preferred operators, to narrow down candidate aircraft when a customer makes a request. It consolidates and manages quote requests and responses exchanged through channels such as email, WhatsApp, WeChat and LINE, and automates the process from comparing operators' terms to preparing proposals for customers. A dedicated Korean-speaking concierge handles details such as coordinating schedules and local transportation.
Moviation was founded in 2021 as a startup. It launched its helicopter service in February 2023, followed by VONAER, and has since expanded into the 12-seat VONAER Jet. With the Avinode membership, the company plans to significantly expand partnerships with international operators and actively secure information on empty-leg flights returning without passengers. It aims to extend its service area gradually, starting with Northeast Asia, including Japan and China, and Southeast Asia, including Singapore, before expanding to the U.S. and Europe.

He added that by combining the global operator network connected through Avinode with VONAER's AI-powered technology and dedicated Korean-language service, the company will do all it can to help customers in Asia use private jets conveniently wherever they are overseas.
