Aviate Pro ME LLC Group and SkyConnect Form Partnership Linking Middle East and East Asia Aviation Markets
Why It MattersThe tie-up shows how smaller service firms are pooling leasing access, operational control and intelligence tools across regions to compete on bundled offers rather than single services.
What happened
Aviate Pro ME LLC Group, a multinational aviation services enterprise with offices in Doha, Sherman Oaks and Glasgow, and SkyConnect, a global aviation solutions company headquartered in Seoul, Republic of Korea, have announced a strategic partnership. The agreement sets a framework for cooperation in aircraft sourcing and leasing, ACMI and capacity solutions, private and charter aviation, pilot training and operational readiness, and aviation intelligence.

The two organisations will connect airlines, operators, lessors and private clients across the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and North America with SkyConnect's network of partners in Korea, Japan, Thailand and Laos. SkyConnect's direct access to aircraft owners, lessors and ACMI operators will be combined with the Group's leasing and brokerage mandates and its technical evaluation capability. Airlines and operators in Pakistan, the Gulf and Central Asia will gain access to commercial, cargo and business aircraft for acquisition, dry lease, wet lease and ACMI deployment.
SkyConnect's private jet and charter capability spans light jets to large cabin aircraft such as the Gulfstream G450 and G550, and will be supported by the Group's expertise in airline dispatch, operational control and flight planning. This is intended to enable private, corporate, government and group charter operations between East Asia, the Middle East, South Asia and Europe. Flight Core Intelligence, the Group's aviation intelligence platform, will give SkyConnect and its clients airspace, operational risk and fuel intelligence to support route planning.
Saad Masood, founder of Aviate Pro ME LLC Group, said the partnership lets the companies offer clients a single trusted partner able to deliver the aircraft, crew, training and intelligence needed to operate across two dynamic aviation regions. Chang Jin Yim (David Yim), CEO and founder of SkyConnect, said the partnership extends SkyConnect's mission westward, opening the Middle East and South Asia to its clients and partners.
Aviate Pro ME LLC Group was founded by Saad Masood, whose career spans FAA airline dispatch and operational control and senior regulatory safety roles with the FAA and EASA; it provides aircraft leasing and sourcing, operational and regulatory advisory, aviation intelligence and training solutions to airlines, operators and governments. SkyConnect was founded on 8 September 2023 and specialises in private jet operation, charter flight, aircraft sourcing and ACMI, and line training, supported by a leadership team and advisory board from airline, military and business aviation backgrounds.
Industry impact & what to watch
Partnerships of this kind reflect how the ACMI, leasing and charter segments actually trade. Aircraft availability sits with owners and lessors scattered across regions, while demand for short-term capacity appears wherever an airline or operator suddenly needs lift. A firm with a lessor network in one region and operational control, dispatch and planning skills in another can pair supply with demand that neither could reach alone.
The pairing of sourcing with operational support is the structural point. Dry lease, wet lease and ACMI deals depend as much on who holds operational control and who handles flight planning as on the aircraft itself, so bundling those functions with brokerage shortens the path from enquiry to deployment. For private and charter flying between East Asia and the Middle East, access to airspace and fuel intelligence matters on routes where planning conditions can change quickly.
The announcement describes a framework rather than named transactions. The first concrete markers will be disclosed aircraft placements, lease or ACMI contracts, or charter programmes run under the arrangement, and statements from the two founders carry the most weight on when those appear.
