Signature Aviation to Limit Special Event Fees to a Few Extraordinary-Demand Events From 2027 After Operator Pushback
Why It MattersPushback from operators and brokers has checked the world's largest FBO chain on event surcharges, moving a pricing practice toward advance transparency at the airports where major-event demand concentrates.
Signature Aviation, the world's largest FBO chain, is curtailing special-event fees after pushback from private jet operators and brokers. The change is part of a new pricing program called Signature Access.

Beginning in 2027, the company plans to limit event fees to a very small number of extraordinary-demand event categories and to publish any applicable locations and pricing at least 30 days in advance. Events that will carry additional fees include Super Bowl LXI in Los Angeles and the College Football Playoff National Championship in Las Vegas.
