FlyExclusive and Volato have extended their asset purchase agreement option through December 31, 2026, keeping alive the possibility that FlyExclusive will acquire Volato's remaining aviation-related assets.

The agreement between the two companies originated in September 2024, coinciding with Volato's exit from its fractional and jet card programs, and was previously extended in September 2025. The latest modification pushes the deadline to the end of 2026.

FlyExclusive has already acquired several Volato assets under the arrangement. In October 2025, it purchased Volato's aircraft finance division, and in March 2026 it acquired Volato's Mission Control software platform.

The Vaunt empty-leg membership program is reported to be the most likely remaining target under the extended agreement.
