VistaJet and XO Collect Multiple International Awards for Private Aviation Service
Why It MattersRecognition from luxury-lifestyle and financial-media outlets functions as a brand-trust signal in private aviation, where high-net-worth clients weigh reputation and service record alongside fleet access when choosing a provider.
What happened
Vista Global Holding Limited announced that its brands VistaJet and XO have received a series of international accolades recognising service excellence and customer experience in private aviation.

VistaJet was presented with a Luxury Experience Commendation by The Luxury Report, issued in partnership with the Lexden Group, which selects a small number of businesses each year for consistently exceptional customer experience. The commendation was accepted by Ian Moore, Chief Commercial Officer of VistaJet. Christopher Brooks, Managing Director of the Lexden Group, said VistaJet's performance was examined through the making of The Ultimate Experience Collection, a publication covering twenty ultra-high-net-worth brands. VistaJet also received an Exemplary Brand Image award at the 15th China Finance Summit in Shanghai, recognising Vista's strategic investment in the Greater China region and the brand's service record there over more than 15 years. The summit is organised by leading Chinese financial and mass media outlets and reaches over 20 million readers.
XO, described as the world's largest private jet marketplace and part of Vista, was selected for Condé Nast Traveler's 2026 Readers' Choice Awards. XO was also named Best Private Aviation provider in Modern Luxury Manhattan's Best of Manhattan 2026 awards, a portfolio reaching more than 16 million affluent readers across 22 U.S. markets through more than 85 city and lifestyle titles.
Vista Global is headquartered in Dubai and operates a team of over 4,000 staff, offering business aviation services through subsidiaries including VistaJet and XO.
Industry impact & what to watch
Awards tied to customer experience and brand image sit alongside, not instead of, the operational metrics that typically define private aviation competition — aircraft availability, dispatch reliability, and membership terms. Recognition from luxury-lifestyle publications and regional financial media serves a different purpose: it signals standing to the ultra-high-net-worth and affluent audiences these programs are built to reach, in markets like Greater China and Manhattan where brand perception shapes which provider a client calls first.
For a marketplace model like XO's, reader-voted and editorially curated awards also function as third-party validation in a segment where service quality is otherwise hard for a prospective client to verify before booking. Whether this recognition translates into membership growth or charter volume is not addressed here, and would depend on commercial disclosures Vista has not made in connection with these awards.
