Bluetail and Traxxall Deepen Integration to Automate Aircraft Maintenance Records Flow
Why It MattersThe deepened integration points to a broader push in business aviation to automate records management and reduce manual reconciliation across maintenance-tracking systems.
Bluetail, an AI-powered aircraft records platform, has announced a significantly strengthened integration with Traxxall, the maintenance tracking software that is part of JSSI. The enhanced connection allows compliance documents and maintenance records to flow directly from Traxxall into Bluetail in real time, eliminating manual cross-checking between the two systems. The two companies have been integration partners since 2023, and the improved integration is available immediately to customers using both platforms.

Mark Steinbeck, Chief Commercial Officer of Traxxall, said the integration is "the deepest integration available on the market today: compliance documents and maintenance records flow directly from Traxxall into Bluetail in real time, ready for organization, tagging, and search, with no manual work in between." Kent Pickard, CTO of Bluetail, said it gives operators "a true back-to-birth view of the aircraft which turns decades of maintenance history into actionable intelligence for faster, more confident decisions."
Traxxall supports more than 4,000 aircraft worldwide. JSSI describes itself as the largest independent provider of maintenance support and financial tools to the business aviation industry.
