Honeywell MSP Avionics Rebates of Up to $30,000 Expire December 31, 2026
Why It MattersThe incentive underscores growing pressure across the mid-life business aircraft segment to modernize aging avionics as obsolescence risks threaten dispatch reliability and operational continuity.
Honeywell Aerospace is offering time-limited rebates through its MSP Avionics program for operators of older business aircraft, with the incentives set to expire on December 31, 2026 — just after NBAA-BACE 2026. The rebates, called RMUs (Repair and Modernization Upgrades), range from $10,000 to $30,000 depending on the product, the aircraft platform, and whether the operator holds an existing MSP Avionics contract or is enrolling as a new customer. A Falcon 7X operator on an existing contract qualifies for $30,000 toward an EASy IV flight deck upgrade, compared with $15,000 for a new contract holder.

Qualifying products include the IntuVue RDR-7000 weather radar, the DU-885 display unit, the Laseref VI inertial reference system, and the EASy IV flight deck, covering legacy Citations, Falcons, Gulfstreams, Challengers, Learjets, and Pilatus aircraft. The incentives are available only to MSP Avionics customers, and enrollment is restricted to aircraft not engaged in fare-paying passenger transport. The program covers repair and exchange support, while scheduled maintenance and life-limited parts are excluded, with no guaranteed parts availability.
Honeywell frames the offer around a broader trend of mid-life business aircraft remaining structurally sound while their avionics face growing obsolescence and supportability challenges, saying the rebates are meant to help operators lower modernization costs before such issues cause downtime. With the deadline following shortly after NBAA-BACE, operators have a narrow window to decide whether the incentives justify accelerating planned avionics upgrades.
