Guy Oseary launches invitation-only jet-sharing membership club backed by Executive Jet Management

Why It MattersMembership-based seat sharing tied to a single managed-aircraft provider illustrates how private aviation is layering exclusivity and community access on top of traditional charter capacity.

What happened

Hollywood talent manager Guy Oseary, known for his long association with Madonna and U2 and as an early investor in Uber and Airbnb, has launched an invitation-only jet-sharing membership club. Membership starts in the low five figures annually.

The club has appointed Brian Corbett, a former senior executive at Exclusive Resorts and Atlantic Aviation, as CEO. Amanda Harrison, a longtime NetJets executive who most recently came from Four Seasons Yachts, has also joined for the launch. The club currently employs 18 full-time staff. Executive Jet Management, Berkshire Hathaway's charter and aircraft management unit, will serve as the primary provider of flights. Members can book flights and share seats, with flight hosts able to set their own policies regarding children and pets. Groups are planned around sports teams, events, Art Basel, and similar occasions.

Partnership agreements with Discovery Land, Zero Bond, Crane Club, and The Bird Streets Club are intended to provide a pipeline of prospective members. Corbett confirmed the club is already operational and has successfully matched members. Existing jet cards, fractional shares, or pre-booked charter flights may not be used within the program. Jet owners wishing to sell seats must have their aircraft certified under Part 135 and managed by Executive Jet Management. Corbett described the concept as Oseary's brainchild and said he was recruited nearly a year ago to build and launch the program.

Industry impact & what to watch

This launch belongs to a wider push to blend membership culture with private flight access, pairing a curated social network with a single aircraft-management backbone rather than an open charter marketplace. Tying seat-sharing exclusively to Executive Jet Management, and requiring any owner who wants to sell seats to certify under Part 135 through that same manager, keeps quality and liability control concentrated rather than distributed across a broad operator base.

The partnerships with Discovery Land, Zero Bond, Crane Club, and The Bird Streets Club function as a membership funnel, borrowing the private-club playbook to source travelers who already pay for exclusivity elsewhere. Barring existing jet cards, fractional shares, or pre-booked charter from the program also signals an attempt to build a distinct category rather than compete directly on price with those established products.

What happens next will show in whether Corbett's claim of already-matched members scales beyond early flights, and whether the club's flight-host model for setting policies on children and pets proves workable once membership grows past the founding circle.
