METARVUE Releases Always-On LED Display Showing Live Aviation Weather for Up to 10 Airports

METARVUE has released an LED ticker display designed to provide real-time aviation weather on pilot desks, hangar walls or FBO counters. The hardware unit shows decoded METARs, TAF forecasts, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), runway wind calculations and color-coded flight categories (VFR, MVFR, IFR, LIFR) for quick visual recognition.
The unit is built to stay visible across a room without requiring phone or app interaction, and it supports up to 10 airports in a customizable rotation. For airports that do not report METARs or TAFs, the system automatically uses data from the nearest reporting station, company officials said.
The display is managed through a browser-based portal and receives over-the-air software updates. It comes in two sizes: the standard compact unit, priced at $399, measures 15.5 inches wide by 5.5 inches tall, while the METARVUE Pro, priced at $699, measures 40 inches wide by 15.5 inches tall.
