What happened
AEG Fuels has established a new business unit, AEG Leasing & Logistics, to provide short- and long-term aviation equipment leasing and rentals to airlines, airports, FBOs, ground handlers, and other aviation businesses.
The subsidiary offers ground support equipment including aircraft refuelers, fuel storage tanks, ground power units, pushback tractors, potable water carts, lavatory service carts, deicing trucks, and tow bars. Services also cover equipment sourcing, transportation, delivery coordination, staging, consolidation, fleet relocation, and multi-location deployment support, along with maintenance and service programs to keep equipment operational during lease or rental periods.
AEG Fuels also expanded its North American branded dealer FBO network to 59 locations by adding two new members. The first is DaveAir, one of two FBOs at Monroe Regional Airport (KMLU) in Monroe, Louisiana, offering fueling, aircraft maintenance, and flight training for transient and based aircraft. The second is Major-General Richard Rohmer Meaford International Airport (CYOS) in Ontario, Canada, which serves as the primary gateway to Grey and Bruce counties and provides a full-service facility for business jets, turboprops, and other aircraft.
