AAR Appoints Sanjay Sood as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer

AAR Corp. has appointed Sanjay Sood as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer, effective immediately. In the role, Sood will oversee AAR's technology organization, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and the company's use of artificial intelligence across its operations.
Sood joins AAR from CDW, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and modernized the company's platforms, data architecture and AI initiatives while managing technical integration of multiple acquisitions. He previously held senior technology and product leadership positions at HERE Technologies, overseeing global engineering organizations and emerging products, and earlier held leadership roles at YP, AllVoices and BuzzLabs.
AAR's leadership said Sood brings a combination of large-scale information technology leadership, infrastructure modernization and AI implementation experience, and that his leadership will be critical as the company executes its long-term strategy and strengthens its systems and data management. AAR is a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company headquartered in the Chicago area, with operations in over 20 countries across its Parts Supply, Repair, Engineering, and Software, and Government Solutions segments.
