Air Charter Service Opens Dublin Office More Than Twice the Size of Its Previous Space
Why It MattersBrokers adding floor space and headcount in a secondary market shows charter intermediaries treating local presence as a competitive asset, with regional offices following flight and revenue growth rather than leading it.
What happened
Air Charter Service (ACS) has moved its Irish operation into a new Dublin office that is more than double the size of the previous one. The new premises are at Fitzwilliam Hall in Fitzwilliam Place, just around the corner from the old office and still close to the city centre.

Alex Sadler, CEO of ACS Ireland, said the team has doubled in size over the past 12 months and that 2026 has been a successful year so far, with growth in both revenue and flight numbers. He described the new office as the next step in the company's growth plans, with further team expansion intended.
ACS Chairman Chris Leach, CEO Justin Bowman, Commercial Director Justin Lancaster and CMO James Leach travelled to Ireland earlier this week to officially open the new office.
Industry impact & what to watch
A charter broker that moves to premises more than twice the size, a short walk from the old ones, is committing fixed cost to a local market. In a business where intermediaries are often judged on aircraft access and response speed, a larger on-the-ground team is one way to bring those closer to clients, and the order of events here is telling: the team doubled first, then the office followed.
The attendance of the chairman, CEO, commercial director and CMO at the opening also signals how the group ranks Ireland within its network. Brokers of this kind tend to scale regional desks by headcount, so the next measurable step is the further team expansion Sadler said is intended.
