Jet OUT Takes Delivery of 15th Factory-New Citation CJ4 Gen2, Largest US Charter CJ4 Fleet
Why It MattersA single-type charter fleet built through factory-new deliveries shows how an operator can scale around one airframe, while its next-aircraft evaluation marks where that standardisation model meets its limit.
What happened
Milwaukee-based charter operator Jet OUT has taken delivery of its 15th factory-new Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2 from Textron Aviation. The delivery gives the company the largest fleet of Citation CJ4s in US charter service.

All 15 aircraft arrived in just over three years. Company flight records show flight hours rose 92% in the first nine months of 2026 compared with the same period of 2025.
CEO Joe Crivello said the CJ4 Gen2 remains the company's foundation. He added that Jet OUT is evaluating what will best complement it as owners say where they want to go next.
Industry impact & what to watch
Operators that standardise on one airframe gain simpler crew training, maintenance planning and spares handling, and a fleet that grows by identical additions is easier to schedule and price. A charter company taking 15 factory-new aircraft in just over three years is following that logic closely, and the 92% rise in flight hours shows the added capacity is being put to work rather than parked.
The same logic has a ceiling. A single midsize light-jet type serves a defined band of trip lengths and cabin needs, and Crivello's remark that the company is evaluating a complement, guided by where owners want to go, points to the point where range or cabin size starts to shape demand. What Jet OUT adds beside the CJ4 Gen2, and when, is the next thing that would show how it sees that ceiling.
