Air Charter Service Renews Aviation Partnership with Premier Sports Network for Second Year

Why It MattersSports charter demand increasingly runs through curated executive networks rather than open markets, rewarding operators that hold exclusive category briefs and sustain multi-year relationships over one-off bookings.

What happened

Air Charter Service (ACS) has renewed its partnership with Premier Sports Network (PSN) for a second consecutive year, retaining its role as the invitation-only sports executive community's official global aviation and luxury travel partner.

PSN was launched in London in 2015 and operates private networks across London, New York and Dubai, connecting senior executives from clubs, leagues, federations, agencies and rights holders. The organisation works with a small number of category specialists, with ACS holding the aviation brief. Jordan Rockall, director of Premier Sports Network, said: "The extension of our partnership with ACS is testament to a shared set of values and a relationship-led approach to this industry. Those relationships are built over consecutive years and through a real commitment to sport, something ACS have demonstrated for a long time already." Alex Sadat-Shafai, Global Group Charter director at Air Charter Service, said: "We're excited to be working with PSN for a second year. As we continue to work on large scale projects with some of the biggest names in sport, it's great to have additional access to PSN's wider network to broaden our reach even further."

ACS arranges more than 35,000 flights a year from 40 offices worldwide. Its sports division charters private jets, helicopters and executive airliners for athletes, owners and full squads travelling with staff and equipment. The company works with more than 30 football associations globally and serves as exclusive private aviation partner of Silverstone, providing helicopter charters and shared shuttles to the circuit's heliport.

Industry impact & what to watch

Category-exclusive tie-ups like this one show how sports charter business increasingly moves through closed executive networks instead of open tender, with a single aviation partner holding the brief across multiple cities and client types. For PSN, that means one relationship covers London, New York and Dubai membership rather than separate deals per market; for ACS, the renewal extends access to a client base of clubs, leagues, federations, agencies and rights holders without the need for repeated pitching.

This structure works because both sides value continuity: PSN gains a vetted specialist it does not have to re-qualify each year, while ACS gains recurring visibility with decision-makers who commission large-scale, staff-and-equipment-heavy movements. The football association and Silverstone relationships mentioned alongside this renewal suggest the same model - one aviation partner, multiple long-running sports accounts - is how ACS builds its sports division rather than through one-off charters.

What happens next will show up in whether ACS converts this renewed access into visible new bookings from PSN's network, particularly around large squad or executive travel tied to major sporting calendars.
