Five More Lawsuits Filed Against OneFlight International, Bringing Pending Total to at Least 10

Why It MattersThe cases test how far customers can recover prepaid flight balances from a jet card broker that stops operating, and they put aggressive bonus-credit marketing under scrutiny across the card market.

At least 10 lawsuits are now pending against OneFlight International after five more filings last week. The Colorado-based jet card broker paused operations on September 16, 2026. Like the earlier cases, the latest suits come from customers left with six-figure balances for future flights. All name the company and its CEO, Ferren Rajput; Executive Vice President Mark Dismuke is named in multiple suits, and at least three filings name OneFlight sales executives as defendants. The newest plaintiffs include Daniel and Sherrie Dwyer, Aaron Hildebrand, and Victor and Lana Fuchs with Helix Enterprises.

The suits allege offers were presented as limited and that clients were pressured to act quickly. An analysis by Private Jet Card Comparisons of logs covering more than 1,300 jet card transactions estimated that OneFlight gave discounts and bonuses equivalent to 77.9% of the cash it took in. In 41% of transactions, bonuses or credits equaled or exceeded the cash received, and in a typical deal a $100,000 deposit earned another $100,000 in bonus credits. Typical jet card programs give a 4% bonus, with 10-15% considered generous.

The Dwyers made non-refundable deposits totaling $637,500 in under three months ($187,500 on March 10, $250,000 on May 28 and $200,000 on June 3, 2026) and had an unused cash balance of $597,750 when operations stopped. They allege the DocuSign agreement of March 10 required signing and payment by 3:00 p.m. that day, that salesperson Tonya Gaines repeatedly said she had seen Dismuke withdraw deals if customers could not decide quickly, and that supposedly limited promotions stayed available afterward.

One plaintiff alleges he wired $815,000 between October 2024 and May 2026 for charter flights OneFlight did not provide, and that Senior Director of Sales Waqas Nawaz repeatedly pressed him with one-time "100% cash match" offers that had to be funded the same day. The Fuchs plaintiffs paid $1,444,250 between March 10 and September 14, 2026, the last payment two days before operations paused, and allege high-pressure tactics, including an offer that gave them under two hours to sign. Hildebrand, a member since December 2024, had a $590,000 balance in flight credits.
