NBAA-BACE 2026 in Las Vegas to Offer Roughly Two Dozen Maintenance Sessions, All Approved for FAA IA Renewal

Why It MattersPairing FAA IA renewal credit with the convention's maintenance track gives technicians a regulatory reason to attend, and puts maintenance and workforce topics alongside the event's commercial agenda.

The National Business Aviation Association said attendees of the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Las Vegas can choose from roughly two dozen maintenance-focused sessions. All of them have received FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) renewal approval, so attendees can earn credit toward renewal.

The sessions run on Tuesday, Oct. 20, and Wednesday, Oct. 21, and cover emerging technology, regulatory updates, workforce development and best practices for keeping aircraft safely in the air. Representatives from several companies are presenting. Jo Damato, NBAA senior vice president, events and professional engagement, said NBAA-BACE is where the maintenance community comes together to learn from each other and from industry leaders.

Separately, Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. will hold its invitation-only Operators Forum in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Oct. 21. The forum will feature program updates and educational sessions on various Gulfstream aircraft models, flight operations, technology updates and maintenance management. Owners and operators of Gulfstream aircraft can request an invitation, which Gulfstream issues solely at its own discretion, and forum attendees receive complimentary NBAA-BACE registration.
