Surack Enterprises has hired Robert Flansburg as Vice President of Aviation. In the role, Flansburg will be responsible for developing strategy, ensuring FAA compliance, championing safety initiatives and managing budgets across all of the company's aviation businesses, including Sweet Aviation and Sweet Helicopters.
Flansburg has executive-level experience from previous positions at L3Harris, Boeing, Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin. He is also a certified private pilot. Through Sweet Aviation and Sweet Helicopters, Surack Enterprises provides fixed-wing and helicopter flight schools and charter services.
