Typically Holidays Adds Private Jet Breaks to Paris to Its Luxury Collection
Why It MattersTour operators are packaging private jet travel into short-break products, a route that brings business-jet charter to leisure customers sold through travel trade channels.
Typically Holidays, a trade-only tour operator, has introduced private jet experience breaks to Paris and says further new products will follow in the coming months. The breaks join the operator's Luxury Collection, which launched in May this year and offers five-star properties in Italy, Spain and Portugal.

The sample three-night breaks use a private jet from private executive terminals in the UK to Paris Le Bourget airport, with accommodation at a selection of five-star properties. Prices start at £4,671, based on four passengers sharing a Cessna Citation Jet from Biggin Hill airport. The package includes a private executive car to the five-star Hotel Montalembert and a return to the UK by Eurostar Premier. Arrangements are flexible and can be tailored to customers' needs.
Managing director Daniele Broccoli said the company believes there is demand for this kind of ultra-luxury short break at a great price. The launch follows the May appointment of business development director Simon Garrido, formerly sales director at Specialist Holidays Group, whose remit includes taking Typically's luxury programme to the "next level". Garrido said the private jet breaks are the first of a number of new product initiatives to be launched over the coming months.
