Flyte Aviation Reports Preliminary Q3 2026 Revenue of About $2.15 Million, Up 110% From Q2

Why It MattersA direct-to-consumer booking launch lifting a small Part 135 operator's quarterly revenue shows how app-driven demand and fleet additions can scale a light-jet charter business quickly from a small base.

What happened

Flyte Aviation, Inc. (NYSE American: VJET), a technology-enabled private aviation company, announced on Oct. 12, 2026 preliminary third-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $2.15 million. That is up about 110% quarter over quarter from $1.02 million in the second quarter of 2026.

Aviation segment revenue rose 150% sequentially to approximately $1.87 million. MedTech segment revenue was approximately $280,000, up 24% year over year and 4% sequentially.

Flyte launched its redesigned direct-to-consumer booking platform in late May 2026. Since then, more than 13,000 new accounts have been created, increasing the registered user base by 185% to more than 20,000 users. Direct-to-consumer revenue surpassed $500,000 during the third quarter.

CEO David Jenkins said the company is adding aircraft to its fleet, which it expects to support further revenue growth in the current quarter and into 2027. He said Flyte has begun operations to the Caribbean and is nearly finished with the permitting process to fly to and within Canada.

Flyte operates a fleet of Cirrus Vision Jets through its FAA-certified Part 135 operating subsidiary, Ponderosa Air, LLC. The company cited partnerships including The Maidstone, the Hamptons International Film Festival and GSE Worldwide. The results are preliminary and unaudited: the company's independent registered public accounting firm has not completed its review of the interim financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and final results in the Form 10-Q may differ.

Industry impact & what to watch

The sequential jump comes from a small base, and most of it sits in the aviation segment, which grew from the period after the direct-to-consumer platform went live in late May. In light-jet charter, where individual flights carry modest revenue, a booking channel that adds accounts quickly can move quarterly totals sharply. That makes the figures a test of whether consumer-facing booking can generate repeat flying, not only sign-ups.

The account count and the revenue figure measure different things. More than 20,000 registered users and more than $500,000 of direct-to-consumer revenue in the quarter show uptake of the platform; whether those users keep booking is not something a single quarter can settle. The company's own expectation of further growth rests on adding aircraft, so fleet additions and the Canadian permitting are the milestones that would extend the current pace.

The numbers themselves remain provisional until the accounting firm completes its review and the Form 10-Q is filed, which is when any difference from these preliminary figures would show.
