aero Manages Interior Refurbishment and Full Snow White Repaint of Owner's Falcon 7X
Why It MattersThe project shows owners of mature large-cabin jets choosing targeted refurbishment over replacement, with an independent manager coordinating operator, CAMO, maintenance facility and family office.
aero guided an interior refurbishment and complete exterior repaint of a Falcon 7X on behalf of its owner, who wanted to keep a familiar aircraft while giving it a renewed, contemporary look. Design decisions and budgets were agreed with the owner and the family office.

The interior and paintwork were showing their age, but the wood and veneers remained in good condition and the owner wished to keep the existing seat design. The brief was therefore to refresh and refinish the wood where needed, replace all soft furnishings and unify the cabin through a restrained choice of colours. Materials selected included Nubuck leather and Ultraleather, considered alongside the retained wood and a new carpet. The seats kept their original design with new coverings, and the window blinds were colour coordinated, with new seat belts chosen to complement the interior.
The exterior was completely repainted in Snow White, with resistance to yellowing a priority in the paint selection. The scheme, developed with the owner and implemented in coordination with the maintenance facility, features discreet blue detailing.
Throughout the project, aero handled material selection, paint scheme planning and invoice checks, and coordinated with the operator, the continuing airworthiness management organisation (CAMO) and the maintenance facility. Budget planning and any adjustments were coordinated with the family office, giving the owner a single point of contact for the work.
