NBAA announced the return of the Career Zone at the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition, set for October 20-22 in Las Vegas. The Career Zone will be located in West Hall W1 of the Las Vegas Convention Center and open on Wednesday, October 21, from noon to 5 p.m.
The 2026 edition includes a Career Fair where attendees can meet employers, career coaching sessions run by Showalter Business Aviation Career Coaching covering resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, networking, elevator pitches, professional presence and business aviation careers, and personalized scholarship eligibility audits from AviationStart. Additional programming on Thursday, October 22 includes Collegiate Connect, offering one-on-one career coaching for student attendees, networking with NBAA Certified Aviation Managers, engagement with aviation university professors and leaders from the Aviation Accreditation Board International to explore graduate programs, and a headshot lounge for professional photography. A networking session titled "Meet the 2026 Class of NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40" is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, from 2:30 to 3 p.m.
The event follows last year's inaugural Career Zone, which NBAA described as receiving tremendous enthusiasm. USAIG, which has partnered with NBAA since 1953, confirmed its participation in the Career Fair. Karen Rafferty, senior vice president at USAIG, said the company looks forward to meeting attendees to discuss career opportunities in aviation insurance, describing the sector as one that merges a passion for flight with the strategic nuances of global business.
