Two young Wicklow cancer patients to fly by private jet to Disneyland Paris

Two children from County Wicklow undergoing cancer treatment, 12-year-old Jackson and seven-year-old Ada, will travel by private jet to Disneyland Paris on Saturday in a trip organised by Nadia Adan, owner of Ashford Motors, together with Greystones-based children's cancer charity The Gavin Glynn Foundation and private jet charter company Stellaer 212. Both children have been on the foundation's list for an extended period.
The day will begin with the two families collected by a convoy of supercars from Ashford Motors, accompanied by an An Garda Síochána motorcade escort to Weston Airport in Dublin. From there, the group will board a Stellaer 212 jet to an airfield roughly 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris, spend the full day at the park, and stay overnight at Staycity before flying back to Ireland on Sunday.
The Gavin Glynn Foundation is an Irish children's cancer charity supporting families whose children must travel abroad for cancer treatment unavailable in Ireland. It was established by John and Jayne Glynn following the death of their son Gavin, a four-year-old from Kilcoole who died on 21 October 2014 from a rare and aggressive childhood cancer, and is funded entirely through community fundraising and donations.
