The system combines aircraft health monitoring information, operational data and maintenance history to give a comprehensive view of aircraft performance and system health. Technical experts analyze the information and develop cost-saving recommendations for customers, drawing on the enhanced visibility provided by Gulfstream's next-generation fleet. The program is run by a cross-functional team of aircraft technical experts, systems engineers, software architects and analytics specialists. It continuously monitors key aircraft systems across multiple fleets and has already helped Gulfstream teams proactively address nearly 100 potential operational events before they occurred this year. Users receive proactive maintenance, service and spare parts recommendations, detailed system performance reporting and support for environmental and engine applications.

Lor Izzard, senior vice president of Gulfstream Customer Support, said the program reflects continued investment in solutions that help customers maximize the value of their aircraft. He said that by leveraging technologies integrated into the aircraft, Gulfstream can identify developing trends early and give customers insights that reduce downtime and operating costs. Gulfstream expects to more than double its current analytics capabilities in the first half of 2027 as the program expands across additional aircraft systems and models.
