West Star Aviation has launched a Live AOG Technician Map, an interactive online tool that shows the real-time locations of its Aircraft On Ground technicians across the United States. Users can click individual map points to see each technician's call sign, technical skill set, and assigned region.
The company states it has more than 250 AOG-ready technicians positioned nationwide, supported by a dedicated control center staffed by 12 controllers who provide around-the-clock coordination and dispatch support. The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing mobile maintenance support for operators needing assistance away from their home base. West Star Aviation says the map is meant to give operators a clearer view of the scale and geographic reach of its mobile maintenance organisation and the technical expertise available across the country. The tool is now available on the West Star Aviation website.
