Certified Aviation Services Rehires Zachary Bagdasarian as Vice President of Line Maintenance

Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS) has announced that Zachary "Zach" Bagdasarian has rejoined the company as Vice President of Line Maintenance, leading its line maintenance organization across the U.S. station network with responsibility for operational performance, safety, quality, workforce development, and customer service.
Bagdasarian previously worked at CAS for seven years, from 2005 to 2012, rising from Las Vegas Station General Manager to Regional Director, during which he managed eight line maintenance stations, led operational turnarounds, and guided the Las Vegas base through FAA Part 145 Repair Station certification in 60 days. After leaving CAS, he oversaw operations across 38 stations, coordinated AOG response and technical training, managed a terminal handling budget, transitioned maintenance providers at five major stations without disruption, and launched 12 new stations across the Western United States and Mexico.
A licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic, Bagdasarian brings nearly five decades of aircraft maintenance experience and more than four decades in management, including 21 years in the United States Air Force and leadership roles at National Airlines and Raytheon Aircraft Service. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. CAS said the appointment supports its continued investment in operational leadership as it strengthens its line maintenance network and integrated aircraft maintenance capabilities.
